Wow, we’ve received so many positive messages from you guys since we announced the details about our debut cookbook, ‘So Vegan in 5’.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the past couple of years. We’re now more excited than ever to show the world how amazingly simple it can be to create delicious vegan food at home.
But, we want to do something extra special to celebrate the publication of our book. We would love for the So Vegan Family to get involved! We want to publish 3 recipes in our book created by you guys – we want to involve anyone with a passion for vegan food and plant-based recipes.
To enter our So Vegan in 5 competition, simply follow these 3 easy steps.
1) Create a vegan recipe using 5 key ingredients. Don’t forget you can use anything from our pantry as ‘extra ingredients’ on top of the 5. These pantry ingredients are salt, pepper, olive oil, extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
2) Post an image of your recipe, tell us what 5 key ingredients you’ve used and include the recipe steps on Instagram.
We’ll choose 3 of our favourite recipes to go in our book and the winners will also receive copies and be invited to an exciting event we’ll be having to celebrate the launch of our book later in the year. The competition ends on August 8th and winners will be contacted directly.
