Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp agave syrup

Method

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

This recipe makes one smoothie with 12g of protein.
