Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • large pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

This recipe makes one smoothie with 16g of protein.
