Ben’s High Protein Cacao Smoothie

Serves 1 smoothie
Prep Time 3 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana chopped
  • 240 ml unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3 walnut halves
  • 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 pitted date see tips

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
