- Almonds and sunflower seeds are a great source of vitamin E.

Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/4 thumb of fresh ginger (8g / 0.3oz)
- 1 date
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 150ml / 5 fl.oz almond milk
- 250ml / 8.5 fl.oz water
Spinach & Apple
- 1 apple
- 1 date
- 1 celery stick
- 4 cubes of frozen spinach (100g / 3.5oz ) (or sub for a handful of fresh spinach)
- squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- small handful of walnuts
- 250ml / 8.5 fl.oz almond milk
- 250ml / 8.5 fl.oz water
Berry & Almond
- 1 banana
- 120g / 4.2oz frozen berries
- 1 tbsp almonds butter
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 150ml / 5 fl.oz almond milk
- 250ml / 8.5 fl.oz water
Method
Orange & Turmeric
- Peel the orange, slice the carrot into small pieces, peel and slice the ginger and remove the stone from the date.
- Add all the ingredients from step 1 into a blender along with the turmeric, almond milk and water and blend until smooth, then serve.
Spinach & Apple
- Quarter the apple and remove the core, top and tail the celery and cut it into small pieces and remove the stone from the date. Add all three ingredients to a blender along with the spinach, a squeeze of lemon, the walnuts, almond milk and water.
- Blend until smooth then serve.
Berry & Almond
- Peel the banana and add it to a blender along with the berries, almond butter, sunflower seeds, almond milk and water.
- Blend until smooth then serve.
